3 DIY Victorian Gothic Ornaments | How to Make Christmas Ornaments | I'm sharing a video I actually made last holiday season. I had just moved into my new home and wasn't able to do full on holiday decorating, but I thought it would be fun to try and make my own Christmas ornaments instead. I show you how I made 3 different kinds of ornaments varying from a very easy and simple crafts to a bit more complex and artistic. The theme I was thinking for my tree and the ornaments was a Victorian gothic Christmas. As a lover of the dark aesthetics, I can't help embedding it into everything I do. The first ornament is a simple aged bronze and gold ornament made using spray paint and some metallic paint. For the second, I used cloth and ribbon to create a charming embellishment. Lastly, after spray painting my ornaments black, I used a fine detailed brush, some gold paint and let me imagination run wild painting gothic designs. I think the black fabric is called "creepy cloth", have some that was used on a table and didn't know what else to do with. I may do this next year when I decide to have more than mono trees....nice!
