No , there is a company that does have a quiet paddle that is usap approved it’s called quiet play paddles and my review is coming out soon on it. Made with T1100 carbon fiber it has great pop and really good spin and it’s called the whoop ass hee hee. We have a code for them if you’re interested.
Gearbox ultimates are approved quiet, and approved for tournament play, the hush is powerful and very fun to play using a one piece perimeter edge guard but no approved for tournaments, I have both the hush and the new gb hyper.😆
I believe there has been so much money and r&d put into paddles, that there's no going back. If the game is going to get quieter, it's the balls that will have to change.
