One thing is for sure the Japanese pitchers' pitching motions and forms are so smooth and effortless. Konami did an excellent job recreating the pitching mechanics in their game. Ohtani's pitching motion is spot on. Also you can literally feel the ball hitting and impacting the catcher's glove and it's momentum too. Just a small gripe that I have with this game is that players like Ohtani, Tanaka, Maeda and Darvish each cost 100,000 VP which takes so much time earning and unlocking them. They must have included an option to buy them from the PS Store with store credit for folks like me who just can not go through so much grind of earning so many VP's. Quick Q, you unlocked Ohtani mate? The VPs that I earn, I spend on unlocking alternate jerseys, I have unlocked 11 so far, just 1 more to go.
@Wajahat Ali ...Here’s a tip to get points much faster. Use saved game files playing 15 inning games. 22i00 points in about 30 seconds to 1 minute (depending on loading times). Save a game file with a situation in the bottom of the 15th inning where 1 run will win the game for the home team (bases loaded, 3 balls, 0 strikes). This situation remains embedded in the saved file. Load the game, throw a ball results in walking in the winning run, and get your 2200 points. Play the same game saved file over and over. But it will take maybe 10 to 15 minutes to set up the first game save file. Use two controllers if you have. Play a game all the way to the bottom of the 15th as the home team (tie score). Go through the first 14th innings just laying down a bunt to get three outs. The game is defaulted to a 12 inning max game, so you must go into the settings to change it. If you don’t have two controllers, you can still do it with one controller as long as you’re able to go back and forth with the cpu all the way to the 15th inning with a tie score. Play as the home team. Save the game file. Load saved file, play the game and get your points. Edit: As a precaution, have multiple game saved files. Maybe disconnect from the internet from the PS4 so Konami doesn’t patch it. But they probably know about this because no one has time to actually play the game normally to buy all the pitchers and dlc items.
@@strawberryyogurt0 Wow. Thanks so much mate. That sure sounds like quick VPs to me. So is it necessary to have the game stretched out till the 15 innings, how much points one gets if I win as home team in the bottom of 15th?, because even the 9 innings regulation games I get 2000-2500 VPs when I win them.
@@wajahatali1234 ... You don’t have to stretch it out. If you’re getting 2000 - 2500 in the 9th, then that simply means you’re doing more within 9th innings (playing the game normally). I was just trying to get three outs quick until I got to the bottom of the 15th, which is probably why I’m only getting 2200 points. If you are able to play the game normally against the cpu, you’ll probably get way more if you stretch it out all the way to the 15th inning. If I were you I would just play it normally against the computer. Save a game file at the top of the 9th inning. Then if you are able to stretch it out to the 10th, create a different game save, repeat if you want until the 15th. Just kind of experiment when you want to save the game. Basically, the longer you are able to stretch the game out, the more points you get.
@@wajahatali1234 ... my question to you is where are you putting the extra pitches at. I had Darvish just unlocked, I tried putting him on the fighters, but couldn’t so I just put him on the lions. But now I can’t find him.
@@strawberryyogurt0 I have not unlocked any foreign pitchers so far. I just play the game a couple of times weekly for a few hours if I am lucky because of busy schedule, whatever VPs I get I use them to unlock alternate jerseys. What I can do is put your question forward on the Spirits Translation's discord chat group, someone with experience unlocking foreign players will def reply and I shall post it here then. So let me get this right. You unlocked Darvish, could not put him on his original team Fighters, you placed him on Lions' roster, but now he is missing from there and you can not find him anywhere. Correct? If you wanna join the Discord chat group that would be awesome too. Its link is on the home page of Spirits Translation site.
