Putotyra is the actual and official final form of OOO. While I understand what Tajador symbolizes and that it's super popular, it's a middle-super form indeed. If you want to know why Putotyra is the final form of OOO, look up All Heisei Riders final form rider kick from the Zio movie. And there are just so many more transformation items that confirms it. Like Decade's final form ride cards or Zio's final form ridewatches. You won't be able to find Tajador from any of the two.
