Even having grown up in Springfield, I never had the privilege of seeing some of the artifacts you got to see and handle - incredible! Living in Chicago for 20+ years now, I have come to realize that I took Springfield for granted. I go back often to visit family, however, and I take my kids to see some of the sites. I have a newfound appreciation.

Grew up less than 2 hours from springfield. Really love that henry has such a respect for our history.
Seeing all that Lincoln memorabilia...awesome. Talk about history, real American history.
I went there 4 years ago and it was just awesome.
Lincoln was also a great post-hardcore band.
