Coach Ivey is just pure class. A legend in the making, I am certain. I never miss an interview of hers. I can see her here for 25 years ….9 final 4’s, 5 titles! Go Irish! ❤️ her

Clawson made it awkward for Hartman. Different vibe with Riley because Elko left Duke.

One interesting question you may want to ask Niele in the future is about how close Notre Dame was to landing Caitlin Clark. Niele was likely involved in her recruiting. Clark's teammate even said she was a silent Irish commit until changing her mind,.

Who cares? That was four years ago. Notre Dame is doing just fine.

Maybe Clark wanted to play for a proven coach. No big deal. Ivey will be great one day.

@@helenoftroy1227 True Notre dame is doing fine now. But if Clark had stayed, ND likely would have won more and Muffet may have stayed a few more years. I'm just staying it might be interesting because Clark is still a national story and so many old anecdotes are coming out like the false narrative that Clark almost went to UConn.

@@diggingmystyle Actually Coach McGraw was still leading the Irish at the time. Clark's dad wanted her to go to Notre Dame. I was told by an insider that Clark had to go to Iowa for a personal reason. But I guess it doesn't matter now.
