dear cephalopocalypse, the unlocked item is broken in every way: it does not cap your dodge at 5% but increase your dodge cap by 5%, it is also not converting the life steal and dodge at all. Try it once and ban it from your runs, this item needs a fix
I appreciate that you checked the economy item gains before wave 20. I can't deny the hunting trophy was definitely worth it. The teeth should be tier 4 it is op.
TBF, buying GPT on wave 17 is fine since you'd already won the run, the issue is buying early where it's bonkers and can easily turn a tough run into a cakewalk. Maybe only buy after wave 11 since that's when legendary tier items start showing up and imo, GPT is a legendary tier item straight up.
I'm a kinda early Gaming with Jeff fan. To find out that his named item is a combo Bloody Hand and reverse Triangle of Power is just hilariously broken. TBH, if I was naming all of the tribute items, Jeff would get the hoover-Hoodie of Sifd, and Sifd would get these evil, evil shades. They encourage Sifd's style of play more than anything else. Also, this combo is weird with Polterlimb. I haven't seen through to the end yet, but it almost seems like you wouldn't even need to upgrade all of your weapons past level 2 in order to keep your damage scaling through Wave 20 - you could just use you existing damage-boosting synergies and stat gains to keep pace. Reducing the kill-total needed to buff regeneration with each level upgrade is _nice_, but wholly unnecessary for someone who's rapidly closing on the regeneration cap. The improved damage scaling between melee and percentage is also nice, but you were breezing through the challenge of the Wave 11 Ribcages with level 2 Polterlimbs.

Yes. I think for me it did turn lifesteal into dodge and back again but it does +5dodge cap, not cap at 5%

The item you unlock is going to be amazing late with items like bloody hand and retromations hoodie.
As always, great work, and maybe you could try out the elemental mod. Next, it's pretty fun, and it adds some fun new characters and weapons.
I don't think regen is capped? I thought the 10/second cap only applies to Lifesteal.
