If you're really annoyed about leaking the trees and you're using Silverash instead of Surtr, you can sacrifice a bit of the AFK and redeploy him a few times to kill off the middle trees (top one probably can use Exusai and redeploy her to the shown tile). You'll want to do it after 100 enemies (to avoid the spinning wheels killing Silverash) and time your Schwing so that the casters won't heal the trees from dying (and around 220+ they spawn 6 a time + the floating aircraft, so it's a lot harder afterwards). Left 2 at the end (middle and bottom right) but managed to kill them, so I didn't bother with a rerun. Silverash: L60M3, pot 3, barely enough tbh Ifrit: L70M3 mod lvl 3 (threw down a Nian to delay, couldn't kill outright but low enough that Thorns could finish easily) Rest + Typhon: all L60M3, Hoshi and Typhon had max modules

I adjust it by placing my lvl 90 Mudrock right above Ifrit's lane to ensure no leak comes from there. and I use Mylnar as a helidrop to deal with the trees, by the end of stage, there's only 2 trees left. I use my E2 lvl 60 Chestnut as a Honeyberry replacement, and I complement it by placing lvl 80 Silence (best medic I got) besides Exusiai. I got no leak at all.
if you're using typhon you don't even need Thorns. Slap in Saria to heal Ifrit if yours has low hp, or any defender in general (assuming everything else stays the same). You'd probably need Eyja2 as well, but I don't think that's necessary.

I had to use Mulberry my Honeyberry isn't E2! I changed Texas to Saga and added Typhon, Pozy, Texas Alter and Nightingale! I also used Surtr a few more times to remove 3 of the Twigs that Crave and Pozy removed a few more, I only had 2 Rot Eaters at the end! (Wither Casters was annoying!) I also didn't remove Saga to keep getting DP!
I put an Abjurer above the defender to give sanctuary to the main line, but that position meant she ate almost all of the blade drones to the face. That was probably not ideal... Lin would have done a great job there, though. I used Passenger instead of Eyja, mostly because I didn't want to deploy her twice on the same map. Poor girl deserves a break. He did a great job with his S1! E1 Liskarm took Hoshi's spot, and there was no real problem. Possibly because I added Bassline behind (healing defender).
I know it doesn't matter, but Lin works wonders for dealing with all those trees and the flying enemies, setting her in the square right next to the enemy spawners in the middle.
I don't have thorns or typhon, so I replaced thorns with chongyue and added scalter. I also used a combination of surtr and lin to kill the trees and added texas alter just in case of something going wrong.
I placed Lin near the bottom right spot so she draws all seed spawn to herself and charge her sp faster for constant S3 and boy, she is absolute menace. The range also wipe most trees too.
SO: 6 months later. I have my own addition to this strategy (only IF you have OCD and you refuse to let even ONE tree monster leak, because I know I do.) 1) Skadi Alter: Put her in the tile in front of your Eyja Alter/Mulberry (I will pretend Chestnut dont exist). She'll provide some degree of healing for Hoshi and Eyja, while her summon can be used to buff allies... and this is important for the next member. 2) Goldenglow, S3. Put beside Exia, can face any direction. Why her? Because her S3 is global ranged, and if you combine her with Skadi's summon you can nuke enemies from afar. Which are the trees. 3) Kirin Yato and Surtr: Kyo's strat only deploys Surtr to clear that one tree. How about you use her, and Yato Alter, to clear more of the trees? Yato can wallhack some of the trees, and Surtr, well, is Surtr. Ideally you want to at least delete the final tree in the corner first because god forbid the tree healers show up, then it's harder to take it down because those mfers heal it for a big chunk. And do it before the 200th kill because after that the mob summoned from that dead tree is going to be fatter than he has to be.
You know, i use Horn S1 on ground tile behind Exia instead of her because her S3 is auto although Kyo said Exia timing doesn't really matter. Yes using Horn is a really good choice.

Honestly, just burst down the end enemies with 2 dps ops I did it with młynar and FedEx and by having muelsyse blob tank some of them They don't have that much health, should go down quick

Nah, the trees may be tanky, but the guy that spawns starts out very squishy and gets stronger the more enemies die when it is alive in tree form. In the beginning, Surtr melts it in like 1 auto when nothing else has died.

Putting a long-range sniper in Typhon's place works too. I used W, but I reckon Fiametta S3 will do serious work.

I didn't have thorns, but I did have Reed alter and Lappland. Not AFK, but it did the trick.
