    I have the same setup but with a 407k Green x2 and I absolutely love it. I believe the weight of the light and the dot help with the snappiness as well. I love carrying this thing as it conceals really well and you don’t lose shootability. I also stick with OEM mags cause I believe if I need more than 21 rounds I’m probably in trouble and need a rifle anyway. Keep up the great work brother and carry on!

    Good shooting!
    Try CCI Blazer for target ammo. ....tens of thousands of rds --- ZERO failures!
    FWIW:
    48 = 4.17" bbl, 588 g empty .. 19 = 4.02" bbl, 670g empty
    So, you are smart enough have recognized the ultimate reliability of Glocks in general....AND..... the value of bbl length for increased velocity & sight radius, as well as the additional weight for stabilization.
    For me, G19 conceals fine, 15 rd (G19) mag in the gun, 17 rd (G17) spare mag(s) on the belt.
    THEN, once you have a reliable pistol, the next best thing is a whole lotta' rounds!
    I am the guy whose EDC for years was a G17....and, for reference ......I have - and / or have had - 17, 19, 21, 41, 43, 48.
    Everybody gets to have an opinion......IMHO.....the G19 GEN 5 is the perfect solution for EDC!

    Dude I'm 2 minutes and 40 seconds in and you're hitting on all the points why I'm considering the 48 after carrying and shooting the 43x and the 19 for a long time. The 43x is good but shootability against something like a 19 it doesn't compare and the barrel length does concern me a bit for the 43x at longer distances. I'm sure bsllistically it's fine but having the barrel length the same length the FBI, Navy Seals, and other police and military orgs trust in gives me that extra confidence in the sidearm. The 19 is super solid aside from carrying it for long periods(10-12 hours)can be a little uncomfortable and concealing it iwb while wearing a t-shirt isn't the greatest. It's definitely doable but not the greatest. Flannels are great and obviously sweaters are great. Tight t-shirts no way lol and I'm pretty fit and skinny in the mid section area. I also noticed the light(TLR 7) on my 19 does aid in muzzle flip rise so was happy to hear you mention that detail on your 48. The 48 may be the perfect option! I'd like to stay stock so the 10 round mags are a little setback from the 19's fifteen round mags and interchangability with mags up to 17 and 33 rounds but not terrible for civilian use. I think the 48 is my next option and looking forward to see how it feels iwb. Thanks for the great review!
