When I think of a college weight room this is exactly it. Nothing really flashy, just good, solid equipment. Looks very clean and organized too. Respect to the players, coaches and fans who have stuck by PSU during a difficult time. From an OSU fan.
Fitz is the man. Awesome guy to have training the team
Penn State is so lucky to have Fiz!
I don't think regular student can get in unless they're someone's guest. However, Penn State has good size weight rooms at Rec Hall, IM building and the White Building. Check out Penn State's websites. There's all kinds of sports facilitates all around campus.
Simply Amazing!
That thing is beautiful.
Plus, it's 13,000 square foot weight room. Alabama's is only 7,000.
aye lol i was about to say... on that note... damn
500 is their best squat? Is that for reps or max? My max is almost 550 atm and I just graduated from high school
Did the tour include the showers?
just because he can squat? that's great thinking
compensating
Did they upgrade the showers as well? Maybe a lot more lighting with guards posted at the shower entrance?
Reps, dude.
Go Buckeyes
and 3x bigger.

If you want to see a real weight room check out Alabama's new one.
Give PSU a break they got way too much shit and everything taken away from them
This gym is football only. Your gym is for all sports teams. Stop making yourself sound like an idiot.
