One more fact.. According to science this helps to boost our immunity power. And when Mahatma Gandhi visited Odisha.. He ate this for the first time... And said in his speech that this was the way how we can store and eat rice. We all know that we shouldn't waste food. If we can eat unfreeze food like this in a good way is the best forever. -Thank you
