Or the tourists whose cruise ship was delayed because of the incident. Or the people relaxing on the beach who got crushed... Or the aviator who got distracted because of the incident... It was just a guy jokingly copying what they said in a more explicit, blatant way, almost mocking them. It was hilarious! If you want the link though I can give it to you.

I beat that base within a few minutes. I disabled the FOW, then went back there and found a bavarium helicopter. Super easy after that.
