Hope never believed he did it,she told him everything steffy told him and more only she Hope did first.what Hope also told Liam was if he was 100% certain that he did,it's only because of the circumstances steffy and bill put him through and steffy also said she thought they drove him to do it.
Steffy was holding a murder weapon when Evy died and Steffy got cleared from it n the video that showed what happened deleted, Taylor shot Bill and it stays in the cleared with no one paying for what they did.... it shows how much lies have been in this show and how much fake they all are.

Hope claims that she knows Liam, well if she REALLY knew Liam she would of known that he did NOT shoot Bill. Steffy knew better, she KNEW that he didn't shoot Bill. Steffy said he might of had a concussion but his heart hadn't changed. Here Hope entertains the notion he might have and tell Liam the "Oh, he's the same man" and blah, blah, blah. Steffy KNEW he didn't shoot Bill that Liam wasn't capable of shooting anyone. And her strong voice and confidence in Liam and his character even kind of made him smile a little and you could tell Liam for half a second there felt better.
Well Steffy knows because she was told. She told Bill I thought we drove him to it.

How does she believe he did it?
- Liam said he did the unthinkable, she says she doesn’t dispute that IF he did it.
- She question whether what he was remembering was real as he had a concussion. That perhaps he was having false memories, which he was.
- She said that, that she finds it impossible to believe that some as good and empathetic etc as Liam could shoot someone, let alone his father.
How at all is that think he was guilty of shooting Bill?
