My comment about feeling bad for her children has nothing to do with anything her ex said and everything to do with the fact that she and the dad split and she moved new guy in and got pregnant with their new brother or sister before the sheets had even cooled from Daddy. Children need time to adjust to big changes like their parents splitting up. Poor things probably have whiplash from Dad going out one door while new guy comes in the other. Mom's selfish and puts her wants and needs before her children.

you do see this a lot in relationships where one's building the other up. He paid for her nursing school, BABYSAT her 2 kids and watched their shared 2 kids. She graduates and then she's too good to be tied down, that's the turn. they wait until they get what they want or want something else to show that side.
I think he waited until the court date to give some of the stuff back. A lot of defendants will do that to look good in court but as trifling as she was, he was petty too lol

This case is what happens when you play clean up man. He takes on her and her 2 kids from a previous relationship. Moves her in, have 2 kids with her, she cheats on him with his roommate which she is now pregnant by and they only been separated for 5 months? She is about to have 3 different baby daddies by he age of 37 SMH. I would have DNA test those 2 kids she said was mines just for the hell of it.
The smartest thing this man did was not marry her or put her name on any of those properties. He was the clean up man but played it smart and protected his pockets.
I don't know if he put everything in his name just because they weren't married and he wasn't sure if it was going to work out, if he knew she would be a problem one day, or if he wanted to keep total control. But I do know that cheating on your partner and dumping your kids to move in with another dude makes you a garbage person.
I’m gonna guess that they put everything in his name and didn’t get married because she was probably receiving benefits (welfare $, food stamps, health insurance) for her two older kids, as a “single” mom.
