Very nicely explained by you. I am 75 and like to walk to banks,malls,parks,going personally for groceries. I like to donate all old clothes and utensils to Rikshawala ,Kabbadi etc My breakfast consisting of a handful of cashews, black raisins, butter toast and a glass of masala tea.simple veg lunch with lots of vegetables, I hate refined oils. I hate some old filmi men and cricketers promote refined oils which is very bad Boycott all Refined oils Have gratitude for great culture, great Bharat Mata

Thank you for this motivational video. I’ve just turned 60 years young, age is just a number. I love dance exercises and swimming. Gives me energy and keeps me fit. I’m always looking at new ways to stay healthy and add them to my routine. I do watch comedy for a good laugh and try to learn new skills to keep the mind active, although I work in Accounts , I still like to learn something new all the time. I will add yoga to my routine now. Thank you for the tips ❤
Accept the changes in the body structure. Don't try to forcefully modify it cosmetically. Learn to forgive & let go. Forgive your spouse/children/inlaws if they've wronged you. Forgiveness opens doors of blessings. Keep a safe distance from gadgets. Go organic. It all matters. What you consume & what you apply externally If you're leading a healthy lifestyle there's no need of unnecessary checkups. Learn to listen to your body.

My husband falls in that 95% and of type 2 category.. he’s been arrogant since day 1 of our marriage, never wanted to talk to me, always wanted me to initiate the talk after which he can easily insult me on my thoughts.. if I ignore him for few days he’s okay with it as if nothing has happened, always taking interest in rest of the females including his mom and our 8 year old daughter except me.. till date he has easily maintained his charming smart polite image in outside world but had never shown any interest in what I am going through emotionally.. for him I am mentally ill if I talk about lack of intimacy between us and start shouting and disrespecting me.. Dr Devika ji Namskar . I am thankful to you for giving me teachings of yoga nitra relaxation. l am 85 . Two years back my wife left me for heaven at her age of 83. But for last eight years we .were doing all homework together which made me now live independently in her absence . I have no any illness problems. Please tell me do n don't to keep myself fit. 1) I stay alone in my flat in the society where my daughter is having their flat in another building. 2) I do all my cooking n manage my daily needs myself. 3) I do paintings, read books on various subjects, enjoy spare time with classical music.4) Daily morning walk for 40 minutes n spend an hour with my like minded friends. I do daily exercise before doing my practice and I can say it helps me so much. I chose reiki bec it helped me to heal from past wounds. Now I just release unw 11:54 anted things.. Dr Devika ji Namskar . I am thankful to you for giving me teachings of yoga nitra relaxation. l am 85 . Two years back my wife left me for heaven at her age of 83. But for last eight years we .were doing all homework together which made me now live independently in her absence . I have no any illness problems. Please tell me do n don't to keep myself fit. 1) I stay alone in my flat in the society where my daughter is having their flat in another building. 2) I do all my cooking n manage my daily needs myself. 3) I do paintings, read books on various subjects, enjoy spare time with classical music.4) Daily morning walk for 40 minutes n spend an hour with my like minded friends. Dear Madam. I appreciate your talk. It motivates and inspire us. This era is more towards meditation. I am a reiki practitioner. I do daily exercise before doing my practice and I can say it helps me so much. I chose reiki bec it helped me to heal from past wounds. Now I just release unw 11:54 anted things.. Besides,I do not consume fast food. Only sat wick food Which I cook for myself and the family. ❤❤❤

Dear Madam, I love your channel and videos. I feel as if I elder sister is giving her wisdom about life. I listen to inspirational Ted talks while bicycling in the morning. And then I get into shower to wash the toxins away. The day I don't exercise I feel very guilty. I live in England and living a good life with family.
