Brilliantly produced video - visited recently and was fortunate to have the castle to myself for a while. Very eerie especially the upper floors with the crumbling narrow medieval corridors. Love how well preserved the interior of the castle is and obviously the exterior is just as spectacular 🙂

It’s so funny that you posted this video this morning. Yesterday we had two different things happen in our house that were totally unexplained! Both of them involved electricity, and things coming on and making a noise that startled us… when they should not have had power going to them! I told Ian that our house is haunted! LOL
Wow, a bit of English history i was unaware of, how tragic a tale. It is part of my bucket list to visit haunted places in the UK, , Castle rising is now on that list👍👍👻

Loved Castle Rising as a boy and visited it many times, when I had a family I took them there as well, never have I heard any screams, cries, odd noises nor felt any spooky feelings, it is a great place to visit and would recommend it to anyone.

Thanks for sharing this interesting video I am going to pop over to learn more about this story, I do believe in things Like this a Little story for you I was born in Plymouth in Devon near where my Auntie Lived there was a small country Lane at the end of her street rumour has it in 1278 A Knight was beheaded in the field next to the Lane and even to this day people have seen his headless body in full armour riding a white horse very creepy lol awesome share my friends have an awesome weekend

It is an interesting and entertaining story but the locals would hate me for doing a very thorough research on it and expose it for what it really is. It is not just in the Norfolk but all over the world that people would hate people like me. Anyway, I like the background music. It does put you in the mood for that period. You need to do more stories like this.

Castle Rising looks in such great condition! I never know what to think about ghost stories, I believe that stuff is real, but until there’s proof, we’ll never know!
It's a wonderful castle to explore. Some of it is completely open to the elements and some parts are still intact. I never know either, but I really love hearing about them!

One could describe Isabella as the original royal pain in the a$$. Ironically, her distant descendant has a place just across and up the road at a spot called Sandringham.
