I think slow eyes on Lisa means that she has a poor eyesight so it takes time for her to see something clearly except ofcourse when it comes to dance choreography. Actually in one of Lisa and Jisoo's Vlive , Lisa said herself that she has a poor eyesight that she needs to wear her glasses when watching TV since she can't read the subtitles clearly without her eyeglasses.

2:52 I've been a Blink since their debut but istg there are some remarks/inside jokes and terms among Koreans that I still to this day do NOT fully understand 😅😂 I'm an Asian myself but I don't get the sticking up and slow eyes thing so you're not alone 😂 Let's be confused togetherrrr
I am fairly sure that the “sticking up” was just a mistake in translation. It was supposed to say “sucking up”. She is a manager below Lisa and Jennie, and wants to be promoted,so she is sucking up to Jennie. I think slow eyes is just a reference to how Lisa often poses with her eyes partly open, and she opens her eyes slowly during photo shoots. But that is my guess. I lived in Korea for 3 years, and I even married a Korean so I am fairly sure that’s what they mean.
