I made a Kalevala AI short film myself that you can find on my channel. It's a different style, but the ideation was definitely inspired by your Kalevala film too! A lot of fun creating these and a lot of possibilities :)
@@UmbertoOnza I credited you in the description! Amazing work! I can't wait to see what else you come up with! link: th-cam.com/video/E3PpnOyuZww/w-d-xo.html
@@UmbertoOnza you sure know you're lazily stripping jobs from artists? just go commission someone to make something instead of using a program that steals from copyrighted images and just sucks in general. just a heads up
I don't agree, but I understand and respect your point on copyrights for sure, and there you're right. However, artists should also know how to adapt to a modern and evolving world. 'Unfortunately,' AI is here to stay, and I think it will make creatives and artists 100% more creative and innovative. I'm an artist and a creative myself, with almost 20 years of experience in fine arts, sculpting, industrial design, branding, etc. Personally, I don't mind if people use (or get inspired by) my material as part of their work. I'm proud to inspire others with my work to do great things, innovate, and explore new frontiers. AI has opened my eyes on so many levels regarding creativity, and I'm happy about it. That's just my personal opinion, and I respect yours. :)
@@UmbertoOnza cool that you're probably an artist as well, i am too in fact, and have found *early* ai art pretty cool (back when we barely understood what in the world they spat out) but i think it's best if we tone it a taaaad down now, ai art is even appearing in completely unrelated google searches. (misinformation, much? i've seen "dinosaurs" that are just almost shapeless masses of scales and teeth) worst thing is, no matter how stunning and dreamlike and exciting the ai images and videos are, there's nothing behind it for me. no dedication, no emotions, no feelings, nothing. nothing that an artist would define art as, and it makes me just damn sad and tired. no hard work or creativity, i don't think that's what art is supposed to be
Thank you for one sane opinion. Don't support AI "art", it's bullshit. It has no soul. It's stealing from someone who has spent ages honing their craft. This piece doesn't even remotely convey the spirit of a Kaurismäki movie. It just sucks. Balls.
I would love to see this film with this cast! thanks so much for posting this.
Longer film coming soon ;)
I wish they would make this movie!
Longer film coming soon ;)
this probably has more talking than all kaurismäki films combined
Fantastic job!

It might have been nice if 'sauna' and 'kalevala' had at least been pronounced correctly.
Hmmm oon kyllä toista mieltä ;)
