The house is located in Hillsboro Beach, Florida built originally by Robert Pereira of the Middlesex Corp. probably one of the largest paving companies in the US. When he purchased it he tore it down quickly to build this. Originally listed for like 190 million which later sold for 40 million and some change. There are 2 parcels of land that makes the entire property. The land with all the grass was originally reported to be built as a game/3D movie theater. But I guess things change. It’s a little much for my taste but, nonetheless it’s a beautiful property. Apparently Mr Pereira was upset with regards to the gold leaf and filed suit against the contractor. It was a pretty interesting situation.

935 Hillsboro Mile Hillsboro Beach, Florida. The only reason why it was sold for $40, - is probably to avoid insane taxes. rest probably was paid in cash or in a different way.

I've driven through that road a couple of times and you can't see the house but the front gate is like what they describe heaven lol with the pearly white golden gate. I would've extended the pool to the backyard not just the side or backyard pool side entertainment space. Absolutely stunning home.

I have to appreciate the craftsmanship. It's not my style, nor do i have the money for that matter, but this house doesn't contain expensive brand names - it has actually expensive stuff in it.

@@Legendary_Productions on the higher end that would be about 9 million to 12.5 million dollars to build this. i'm willing to loosely estimate that they spent that on the furnishings and double the average costs for the premium materials. bringing us to 27 million -39 million construction. i'm no pro and my time in construction had me working on commercial and gen pop housing. nothing as amazing as this but even if its twice that much at 78 mill, the house was listed at 139 mill so thats not a terrible profit margin. Good job securing a look at this property. wishing you much continued success.

What a beautiful place to live and vist. The architectural beauty alone is captivating!!! The art that is on the ceiling reminds me of the art of the high Renaissance period. I studied Renaissance art and architecture. However, l am an artist. I love how the Mason is well thought out with the interiors and furnishings.
