What I've learned from the multiple kelpie stories throughout the years is just to avoid horses that are near a source of water. If I ever see one I'm just gonna nope myself out of that situation. Being dragged by something under the water has been in a good chunk of my nightmares.
Scary Fairy Godmother, I want you to know what your channel does for me. I have to get infusion medication for an autoimmune disease. They take about seven hours every six months. Thats *a lot* of sitting in a hospital. I absolutely love listening to your narrations during this challenging time for me. Thank you for your work!!
Out of all the different types of stories about the Good Neighbors, the ones that are about the water are my favorite. Perhaps because I live in a boggy place down by the river. I'd like to believe that not everything I catch out of the corner of my eye as the sun sets or rises are dragonflies or some old catfish. That was a wonderful telling of such tales. Thank you.

I hope I never get kidnapped by a fairy because I heard that once you're kidnapped by them you're a slave to to them forever and there is no escaping them there are certain ways to get caught by your fairy or kidnapped when you eat fairy food that they leave out for you that's when they start popping out and taking you to their homes in the fairy world like for example if a troll kidnapped you it would take you to its cave or if some random fairy from the forest kidnap shoe you would be basically taken to one of their trees to work for them forever actually I have a quick question what kind of work would a fairy want for a human to do and I know this might sound stupid is there any kind of Escape for anybody or are they just doomed to work for a fairy forever and is there a chance that anybody might get kidnapped by a fairy right now
ooo Bog spirits :D :D I always wondered if they talked/communed with each other. Especially since many of them come from different clans hehe. Kelpies are always black and they're thought of/known as water demons. The one thing that DID pop into my mind when I heard it was white was the story of Niamh (pronounced Neeve) and her White horse Embarr and her lover, husband Osin (pronounced Osheen). She was Queen of Tir Na nOg a city under the sea where the Tuatha De Dannan (those who worshiped the the Goddess Danu) lived. It was also where they stayed ageless and land of the Fey. Many of the Irish considered ANY body of water, especially sacred springs and lakes to be portals to the land of the Fey and therefore Tir Na nOg. Sorry for the long paragraph on it I know WAY too much about the Celts and Fey and their Mythology (Irish, Scottish, Welsh, English and Euro Celts). Always enjoy the videos and every ones different experiences. :)

Growing up in staiths in england our village was said to be cursed by mermaids as more and more of the village falls into the sea each year. My grandad always said to be good to the water and it will be good to you, even had our fair few experiences, theres an old rhyme we sing that gets there attention "One night as I lay on my bed I lay so fast asleep When the thought of my true love Came running to my head Ooo those poor sailors that sail on the deep The song she sang She sang so sweet But no answer at all could we make Till atleast my love came and whispered my dreams How her songs make our poor hearts ache Through wind hear the calls that I make Let the currents bring you your gifts And I wait for my true love on a full moon mist With a kiss I send to the deep" As you sing you stir water add milk and strawberrys to the centre and blow a kiss into the water to send it on it's way
This genuinely made my week. I've had an awful, stressful few days at work and I've been looking forward to kicking back with some nice hot tea today and working on craft projects, and your wonderful narration really took the afternoon from good to great ❤️ Also, this question may be a long shot, but are you by any chance familiar with FaerieCon? It's a convention in Maryland that one of my siblings and I will be attending in November, and provided you aren't already planning to go, I figured it might at least be something you'd be interested in!

The water creatures are always my favorite due to me being fascinated by aquatic life and it has always intrigued me as well. Thank you for this rather fascinating and scary story
I think my moms cousin died at the hand of a kelpie. She was about 5 years old, our family went to this poplar swimming area nearby, we live in missouri for reference. He was a healthy 18 year old man and a great swimmer, everyone was swimming and having fun and out of nowhere, he dropped in the water, like a mosquito being eaten by a fish, he was gine for about 5 minutes and reemerged, he acted shocked but didn't admit to seeing anything. A few more minutes passed by and everyone resumed their fun when it happened again. He was gone for hours at this point, everyone was freaking out looking for him, finally they found his body curled up underneath a large rock, too big for him to lift himself, no one knew what happened. Years later my mom and her friend returned to that same place, there was a golden retriever on the banks looking like it was sleeping, as they got closer they realized it was dead, the bottom half of it was pointed towards the water and was completely gone. Like something in the water just ate the closest part of it. It wasn't decomposed or anything like that, it was fresh. Mind you, there have been no reports of large catfish in that area. What disturbs me more about it, is my family are related to the Brothers Grimm on my grandfather's side, they themselves had interactions with faeries and tried to form a secret society to prove their existence. I keep iron around my house to keep myself and family protected, and never, ever go to that place.

When I was 5 my parents took me to the Peabody museum in New Haven CT, when I looked in a trash cabin an exhibit room I saw a triceratops about 8 inches long inside of the can. It raised its head and looked at me. I ran to get my mom to show her and when we returned there was just trash in it , before there was none or little trash now it was a third full I wonder if I saw an elemental or fey
I thought something was wrong with my device. I tried to turn up the volume to no avail. Then I attempted to increase the master volume in settings. Still nothing. Finally, in frustration, i shook the hell out of it, believing it would miraculously help! Thankfully, I saw your comment before I threw it on the ground and stomped on it! (As though THAT would accomplish anything). So...um, no. I can't hear much either.

I've had some weird experiences. I narrated one of my own experiences in a video, but I can't remember which one now. I once saw what appeared to be fairies in the reflection on a set of glass doors, but when I turned around, there was nothing there.
We have had many, many paranormal things happen to us at our home, many that involved water, but I had an encounter with something that I think was an elemental. I really don’t know what exactly what it was! It was really startling, and I am afraid that I offended it. ☹️

I enjoy your stories. Beautiful voice. However it's so soft I do have trouble hearing it; even with the volume all the way up. But, I am a older person and maybe I am just going deaf!

Have ever had a fairy encounter?
I've had some weird experiences. I narrated one of my own experiences in a video, but I can't remember which one now. I once saw what appeared to be fairies in the reflection on a set of glass doors, but when I turned around, there was nothing there.
Did it move like Jagger?
When I was little I loved faires but after this I might never want to catch a fairy again

We have had many, many paranormal things happen to us at our home, many that involved water, but I had an encounter with something that I think was an elemental.
I really don’t know what exactly what it was! It was really startling, and I am afraid that I offended it. ☹️

I'm not trying to be rude jus informative but u speak or hav the volume down way to low.. I tried to listen to your videos while I'm doing stuff and it's really hard to hear you and then I turn it up as loud as I can and then about get my ears blast it out when commercials come on but it's making it to where I'm not going to be able to watch ur videos anymore because I can't hear you

I enjoy your stories. Beautiful voice. However it's so soft I do have trouble hearing it; even with the volume all the way up. But, I am a older person and maybe I am just going deaf!
Pam-you're not going deaf. I thought the same thing-being 56, I figured I just can't hear like I used to. But then, after reading multiple comments from subs reporting their inability to hear the narration of this video as well, I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one. 🙉🦻
