Not trying to be dense but who is the third uncle?I know Victor and Sonny and maybe Aunt Alexis who is fighting for him to choose his own path but she isn’t necessarily fighting for him.
Appreciate Victor for this despite major , major faults his faults... he has a soft spot with Spencer and they have a bond. Also agree with sonny in this scene about Nicholas too. Both Uncles are right.
Viktor talking about keeping family together yet he abusing his so called immediate family (Valentine/Charlotte), he is a joke. As bad as Sonny is, he gets deadly when you speak about his kids

How Is It So Hard For Nikolas To Be A Father To Spencer, I Mean I Know It Gets Tough Being A Parent But To Be A Father Shouldn't Be Hard Especially To Spencer. Nikolas Is Just One Man It Shouldn't Be That Hard Nikolas Always Has An Excuse
I think Victor should focus on making sure his relationship with Spencer is where he wants it to be, and reevaluating what he says he wants about his family being close. Alexis and her side have made it clear they’re out of touch with all Cassadines except for Nikolas and Spencer. Yet Victor keeps trying to control how things turn out with Nikolas and Spencer’s father-son relationship while not caring at all about his own with Valentin. What about his relationship with his granddaughter Charlotte? He never mentions her. He talks about how he wants his family close but he’s not really doing anything about the other relationships. He at least seems aware he’ll push Spencer away if he keeps him close to Nikolas.
