  • I use Coconut Oil for so many things that it's about time I tried making it from scratch! Watch me make Organic Philippine Coconut Oil from freshly ground, locally sourced, fresh coconuts.
things I use this oil for: oil pulling, makeup remover, hot oil treatments, moisturizer for skin, cooking, blending in with smoothies and probably much more.

This video is awesome... it brought back memories when I used to do it as a young kid and I had to undress the coconut, used the seat coconut grinder (or whatchamacallit), milked the coconut, then cook it while endlessly and tirelessly stirred them... like I said... AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Thanks, Cora!!!

Use hot water when pouring on the coconut. You will be able to get more coconut milk that way. Other people try squeezing without water at the start to get pure cream, then they use the hot water at the second part to get more coconut milk. It's worth trying.

share kolang Cora, you said it from the sewage therefore it's rich in nitrogen and phospates(two key elements of any photosyntic organisms ,once it's oxidize it would break down by nitrifying bacteria from the soil(nangayayri din ito kahit sa tubig) and eventually it becomes nitrates which is a source of protein for plants' reproduction and growth. A little thing to share Aling Cora :) ibig sbhn mayaman sa nutrients ung area na un sa bahay nio tpos may gravels pa hehe kpg nabasa nag release ng phospates kaya sbhn mo kay Ermats ,mag tanim pa doon lahat ng gulay sa bahay kubo po
