Sorry for the late reply, but i got the solution for ya!
python -m PyInstaller --onefile scriptname.py@@foropapucho
Basically, i opened the python folder in %appdata% and i found out that the module's name is "PyInstaller" not "pyinstaller"
it used to be "pyinstaller", but idk why its like this now.
