A one year program is a really big risk. I think their basis was their attempt to apply for work while still in the Phil. I've been following them and isang taon na ako dito with good work history sa I.T industry pero references are common, and you need to be really good, exceptional skills are necessary to pass the hiring process.
Mr. Vamos is so blessed that he was able to land a job as software engineer. I know 2 persons with more or less the same qualifications (software engineer & developer) that while still in the Phil. were already working in BPO's & with years of experience. Now, here in Canada (BC & Alberta) cant get a job at all. Each vacancy has hundred of applicants.

If they are hired as caregivers, even if kapamilya, they need to be compensated. Rice, please dont share misleading info naman. Affects the credibility of your channel. The caregiver pathway is there na di dapat i-abuse.
