Personally I’m not a shorts fan! I think TikTok and Instagram do a good job of that. Usually when i open TH-cam it’s bc i wanna be hands free and just watch a long video

Tip for the Frame TV: I didn't want to pay for the art subscription, so I just buy images off of Etsy for $2-5 each! A lot of sellers offer high res, sized for the TVs.

TH-cam has lots of screen saver videos of art pieces and things that I just put on my regular TV, and usually on .25 or .5 speed so it lasts longer and it looks just the same!
