So much value here! I appreciate the tips on the caffeinated eye cream and jade roller (which I have but completely forgot about). It's funny reading some comments about these things being "feminine" but 1) that's just a cope from those who are insecure and 2) this isn't makeup. There is noting feminine about these things as all you are doing is resetting your body to the way it is SUPPOSED to look in nature. Before all of your bad habits and bad health which made you unnatural looking. Other people can perceive this on a subconscious level before you ever have the chance to tell them "hey, I know I look fucked up, but I'm masculine, okay!". I've been intuitively doing these things for years and women always tell me I have "great genes". but lets be real.. what I realty have is common sense.
Also, nasal strips. Even if you have a good night sleep, you’re still all the stuff that can accumulate in your nose that can partially block your sinuses. Making your hair look somewhat nappy and having a affect your skin to.
The smoking bit was something I didn’t expect to hear. I haven’t met 3 people in my life since 2022 in a given space that don’t smoke. Yes ! I still can’t figure out why I don’t smoke.

I don't agree with suggesting to have a white teeth. I don't know why Americans are so crazy about it. Teeth whitening is not good for your teeth! Normal teeth have a little bit of yellowish tint and there is nothing worng about having that teeth color!
Yet there is a psychological innate attraction towards whiter teeth than yellower Simply because it assures the persons personal hygiene which clicks the biological triggers created for us for the most optimal partner for survival

Nobody has it like that naturaly, just because it looks so fake. Another thing is facets - to grind (and destroy) healthy tooth just to put something onto is disgusting.
I'm 60. I work in the death care industry. I work 100 hour weeks removing dead bodies from the places they died. Of course I'm tired. I'm ALWAYS tired.
