Mindset is a phenomenal book that I have given as a gift to many people! It is deep dive into what drives you and what make you who you are, so I think you are going to enjoy this summary :) Let me know what you think of it and what book should I review and summarize next...
Wow, this is a very informative video! I had never realized how deeply a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset can affect every aspect of our lives, from our education to our relationships and our work life! I think a growth mindset is a very important thing for everyone, children and adults, to have. The way I see it, none of us were born with any of the skills we have now. We didn't know how to count, how to feed ourselves, or even how to communicate with anyone! These were all things we had to learn from someone who already knew how to do them! I think I have always had a growth mindset, but there are always ways we can improve further. For me, one of the things I can work on to improve my mindset now that I have watched this video is my self-awareness. Often, I find myself frustrated with my lack of knowledge on a subject, like biology. Instead of being frustrated with myself for not already having this knowledge, I should take a deep breath and remind myself that I can learn about this subject, even if I don’t yet have any knowledge of something, I can learn about it. Even if it seems hard, I can still learn it! Currently, I am taking a foreign policy class. I was worried about beginning this class, because before starting this class two weeks ago, I had literally no knowledge of foreign policy. I figured it was something I didn’t need to worry about too much, because how much can it affect my daily life? Wel, as I’ve learned in the past two weeks, foreign policy affects a lot. From the prices of food to the prices of clothes, and even what we can buy on Amazon, which is wild. If I hadn’t had a growth mindset when going into this class, then I wouldn’t have been able to learn all that I have so far or be excited about learning more. I really do think it's important that each and every one of us adopts a growth mindset, even if it’s hard, because we can do anything and everything that we put our minds to.
Thank you for taking the time creating this video. Im reading this book right now and I always like to listen to other people's reviews to complement what I learned and take the nuggets that I might have missed. ~Mario
This is simply an old Japanese strategy rehashed. It's called Kaizen, or gradual improvement. It was introduced to post-war Japan by an American and is often cited as the major reason for the huge industrial success of Japan from the 50's onward.
The universe brought me to this video and I love it here 😍🥰 I’m subscribing and I’m loaded and lock into you !! Tysm for being the person that you are sharing the information that you shared in this video 💕✨
This is so nice! I've noticed these videos before, but not sure if I ever watched any. The animation is really nice and the talk on the end is really really cute and well put! There's something calming and soothing in the way you speak, as well! So thank you so much for this and please keep it up!! 👍🏻😊😁
Only you know the answer. Don't ask advice on TH-cam comments because no one knows yourself better than you. People tell what they want to do which may or may not work for you. Ask yourself and do that. It's not about making the right decisions always, make a decision and stick to your plan. Life finds a way. Good luck!

Deming!! One of my heroes.
So if it was introduced by an american how is it japanese?
@@bbb11110 Because unlike Americans, the Japanese got off their asses and applied it.
@@billparrish9200 Exactly so!
