I recently had the pleasure of visiting a friend's house for tea, and they laid out an incredible spread. I was truly astonished by the abundance of food, and it was wonderful to see everyone relishing it so much. I only managed to grab a piece of corn and two shrimp. When I returned for more corn, all that remained in the tray was the juice! My friend, sitting at the table, burst into laughter and said, "This is why we struggle with obesity and diabetes," while she happily slurped the juice from her plate.
