Really love seeing your upgraded mechs, kinda surprised you haven't done any exo-force, they could use an update
I have two Exo-force mechs, Stealth Hunter and Uplink. I have planned myself to upgrade Stealth Hunter. But yes, your's is a good suggestion.
Especially the assult tiger, I actually had that one but was really disappointed by the legs

I think on Jay's mech, his cockpit should be able to be rotated. So he can be oriented to a proper position. I mean he will be upside down all the time.

Glorious! All upgrades 1 thru 5 are totally epic! You still managed to take all those great suggestions and "make it your own". The best thing about your video is not the upgrades, but the inspiration you instill in other Lego builders and me. Respect.
If you ever decide to repair this project, is suggest two things
1) Try making Zane's vehicle (and this, the lower legs) a little longer, as they look a little odd as they are now, in terms of proportions.
2) Maybe make it so Jay can rotate some so he isn't upside-down?

Using the shooters to replicate the hamon of the katana was a really inspired choice. Also, the mech needs a big two hand konobo
It's one thing it create a glorious improvement on a recent Lego Ninjago set, but it's also the fact you took suggestions and ideas from the community to help develop this design. Absolutely spectatular!
For weapon 1 I would call it: the thruster sword and weapon 2 the proto-slinger
Also I think I prefer the upgraded version over th original, if ever get the ultra combo Mech I would absolutely upgrade it the way you have.
the first name for weapon one sounds too obvious but the name for the second weapon sounds just right so good job on this name and I like it.

Just seeing the amazing new head design blew me away. Then the arms and legs were awesome! What a fantastic build! I wish I knew how many pieces you added to the mech. Each vehicle was really beefed up to make this epic redesign possible.
That looks absolutely SICK, I just hope if I get this set I’ll have enough pieces to build this
I upgraded many my Exo-Force sets with my small amount of parts in stock and consider they became better. So I'm impressing every time when see your works. They inspires me :D
Despite the arms looking thin here too it actually looks really good and that it belongs with this mech and yeah good job, thanks for fixing the mech arms to not just be weird sticks with them like a rock attached to it. Also the overall upgrades you did were amazing and much appreciated. This looks really good
Also getting rid of the pieces that had to make it so the arms could hold on to the back is again amazing. Good job with this build, it actually looks like it's supposed to combine now instead of just the last minute thought
One thing I wish you did was give a way where you can either have 2 or 4 arms out and have smaller katanas for the smaller arms like Jay's lightning mech
Already from the upgraded Kai mech is so fire!🔥 (no pun intended), i just love evegalion styled mechs and the upgraded mech makes me feel like it is, the head has made SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE! in general everyone is so amazing, keep up the good work mishima!
I love the arm design the way you can switch out the drills for hands is awesome

I like how you added two of my favorite neffex songs no turning back and just breathe in this and like the ideas and how it looked after the upgrading
Give this mech a scythe that could sheath its self (blade folds, touching the handle) and can be mounted on the back when not in combat, opens up when in use of combat, and could also rotate the blade up wards turning the scythe into a war scythe for further reach in combat.

probably the best use I've ever seen for those spring shooter bricks meant to fire those weird projectiles.

I think that you managed to make a remake of this set very awesome, now the robot has normal big arms, no small arms sticking out on the sides, and there are cool wings. but to be honest, I liked how you made jay's plane with an improved head for the robot, and cole's transport, which can transform into hands or two drills, and the rest of the robot was not entirely impressed. kai's robot looks a little worse than the original (yours has small and thin limbs, bare shoulders, and the control cabin is left without an upgrade), and dzain's tank is just a slightly improved original. As for weapons, I don't know why this robot needs swords at all when it has two large drills. I suggest: add a turret with a cannon for the zayn tank, which can be detached and given to the robot as a firearm. Also, try to make Jay's plane look like a fighter and have its tail detached and can be used as a sword, an ax, in short, a melee weapon.
yea the new legs need to be longer, since the head is bigger and the torso is also beefier.
the legs are already 2-3 studs longer, but i think it still needs more length

Outstanding upgrade! I especially like the rotating drill forearms and the head. The transformation is super clean, and I like how little it relies on tiny connections. The weapons are great, too. The whip-sword reminds me of the Sahelanthropus's from MGS:V and both have a great looking weight! I must admit though, I do agree with some people's criticism that the lower legs are a little short. I think adding 4-6 studs of length to the legs would make the combined mode look a little more graceful, seeing as the upper body proportions are flawless as they are.

This is about 1 billion times better. The knees, face, and four arms all really bothered me. I almost bought it for $72 on sale but couldn't get over those things

This is so cool. I like how the jet wings is movable and you can switch the hand to the drill. It would be cooler if it doesn't require extra pieces. Also I slightly prefer old head more. I don't know why.
This is just remarkable! My only nitpick is that maybe the legs can be a bit longer. But it's still really great!
Edit: Also maybe you can give them a gun so that if the big arms are grappled onto an opponent, the little ones can pop out and still shoot them

The blue weapon can be called The Whipslash. The grey weapon can be named The Tetsudachi, which is a mashup of the Tetsubo (spiked club made out of steel) and the Nodachi (Katana but bigger)

My only real question is if you had thought of any way to incorporate the Weapons into the seperated units? I could easily see Jay calling the Second Weapon the "Jay-Blade" over something that sounds better like 'Chain Lightning'! Clearly I'm assuming that weapon fits best connected to Jay's Vehicle when seperated...
The Greatsword on the other hand, I'm at a loss for ideas - maybe split it to be used somehow in Kai's build? Or if you were contemplating building optional modules for Lloyd and Nya, you could use the Sword Parts there? Just giving you some options.

Just some ideas for the weapon names!
Weapon 1's name could be "Master's Edge". Rather self-explanatory, I think. There's a balance between the rugged look of the jagged back part of the blade, and the smooth, pristine front of it.
Weapon 2 is a tricky one, but, maybe something along the lines of "Divine Strike". With how flexible the initial weapon looks to be, maybe it's built that way to be unorthodox in battle? It could sway and bend to confuse the enemy about where the hit will come from, and deliver a striking blow where the enemy least expects it! Not unlike that of fate itself, it always befalls those who dare to oppose it.
Besides that, I think you've done a great job improving these sets and turning this mech into a real piece of work! With how much Lego has been raising their prices, a result like this is one Lego ought to strive for. Great job!

You gave the katana a hamon! That is an awesome detail.
I dunno man I've loved this series but in the end the original kit proportions ended up being better. And it's becquse those combiner legs are too stumpy now, they need more length because the combiner now looks a bit like a gorilla. Also maybe Jay's cockpit could rotate so he is not upside down? But that is a minor detail. I think the most important bit is enhancing those legs, which isn't a big effort and could make this even more impressive than it already is.
