This is my Kawasaki J125 Special Edition which I bought in September 2018 from Kawasaki East London.
I got it brand new on 3 year finance and 0%APR. I started with a scooter as I believe it is the best way to start riding a motorcycle. The fuel consumption is somewhere in between 80-90MPG, this figure it is tested by me(Kawasaki did not release any official figure).
It has the same body, chassis and features like the Kawasaki J300 but it has half the horse power.
Because of it's size and weight I must say that it is better for long distance commuting than inside the city, don't get me wrong it is OK inside the town also, easy to maneuver when filtering, good brakes with ABS which these days I think it's a MUST.
Tried this and the forza 125.The j125 is just so easy to ride and well balanced.
Tryd xmax 125
I've got a question bro, did you service the bike yourself?
No, took it to the service so the warranty won't be canceled
Got one ,, love it even if its just a 125 ,, its perfect for commuting and just roving round at a sedate pace.
it sure is!
Nice acceleration! Thanks for sharing the video!
peugeot 125 pulsion rs is very good wanna test ride it
i purchased a new one from dk, the engine warning light was always on they had no interest in fixing it,less than 800 miles on clock.very slow and heavy.i had a triumph and kymco 300 downtown at same time no probs.purchased new honda forza to replace j125 nail.thank god its gone.
How do you change the spark plug? What's the best oil for this?
Thanks for the footage but.... The middle finger wasn't necessary
I ended up with xmax 125. I was looking at this before I thought mite been too slow
I don't think there's much difference between them, plus the xmas is about 700£ more than this....
Might sound like a daft question but how do you get the seat open?? Just got this scooter and forgot how to get the seat open
:)) to be honest I can't remember 100% cause I sold it for a bigger bike but it was something like turn the key the other way and maybe also press down on the key.....
@@XRayBiKes thanks man I managed to figure it out, its turn the other way but have todo it hard nd it opens. Thought I was gonna snap the key when I was trying without knowing lol. Great scooters tho so comfortable
Hi, it's nice looking seat. But how big are you?
Hi there, I'm 1.92 cm
but why do you ask?
@@XRayBiKes Purpose of comfort :) I am 1,94 cm and looking around for my first scooter but many of them are small.
@@romanrehak6417 I would say it is quite ok... we won't find something that will fit us perfect because of our height but for sure this is better than the Nmax or PCX :)
105 kmh?
Alfredo Dorado yes....
TH-camr flexing eh lol. Honda CBR 125 i started on, then went straight to MT-07 after test, hope u lock ur scooter up safe bud, London full of thieving rats.
It's quite locked and I hope they'll never get to steal anything from me:)
I was thinking about MT-07 also it's such a nice bike but the problem is that I'm 6'3' :)) so it might be a little bit small for me...
How much sir?
4099£
Why did you hide your plate and then showed it lol, also never put your helmet on the ground - bad sign
The thing I was coveting the plate with it fell off due to the torque of the bike:))))) also I'll try to follow your advice about the helmet but I don't really believe in these things.
I see you Saturday at that Moto show?
Where are you find parts to buy on this scooter? I found really difficult.
But there is no leg room 😔😔😔
