I can't tell for sure, but the font at the end of Alone is a Sans/Monospace font. The best match is probably TheSans Typewriter Bold or TheSans Mono SemiBold - but they lack the "pixel" style. I'm unsure if that effect was added to the original font or if the font is such a pixel one. The glitch I used in Unity for scambling the text is the VR Digital Glitch from Adobe Premiere.

Hmm, it depends on the video editor which effects are included or available. The main effects I used in Unity were distortion and VR Digital Glitch. Adjusting the intensity over time gives you a more "natural" look of the effect. For a hacking video, you might use a screen recording of a terminal (Windows: command or PowerShell) where you type while recording. The colors and fonts are adjustable, and you can later speed up or slow down the typing in the video editor and add other effects if you like.
