राष्ट्रपति शासन (President’s Rule)
👉 भारतीय संविधान के अनुसार, किसी राज्य में संवैधानिक तंत्र की विफलता या संविधान के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में राज्य सरकार को भंग किया जा सकता हैं इसे 'राज्य आपातकाल' या 'संवैधानिक आपातकाल’ भी कहा जाता है।
👉 According to the Indian Constitution, in the event of failure of the constitutional machinery in a state or violation of the Constitution, the state government can be dissolved. This is also called 'State Emergency' or 'Constitutional Emergency'.
