I don't like when they changed cast members or setting or different storyline When the show has high ratings don't change anything if it ain't broke don't fix it
I rather see the show ended after 4 season with the whole original cast then have it gone through season 5-7 with half the cast leaving replaced with newer ones ended before jake and alison became a couple had billy & alison a couple again along jake and jo together sometime it easier tv end things at higher ratings then keep it going and have ratings go down
Andrew Shue was a last minute replacement when the original Billy was replaced due to weight issues & lack of chemistry with Courtney Thorne-Smith. He may seemed like an amateur during the first few seasons but he did have his shining moments throughout the show as an actor. You should watch his small yet effective role in that Matt Damon film where he played an abusive boyfriend of Claire Danes. He was so good in it
yup, Andrew was such a bad actor. I liked Billy in the beginning but then in season 2 and 3 he became a very boring character. Then they made him more interesting in season 4 and finally in season 5 same old boring billy was back.
Amanda was the best! It was hard to ever get her. She always ended up on top.

The core cast signed 5 year contracts at the beginning, so they were bye-bye at the end of season 5 (or first episode of 6 in the case of Matt)
