Played this on Dreamcast and Android Emulator. Was much better on Dreamcast controller. One of the best simcade racers. I believe it was 60fps even on the Dreamcast hardware. The racing was really good.
Can this be played on a PC as well? I had it on Dreamcast because I fell in love with it in the arcade so many years ago. The three screen setup with the metal gated shifter was glorious.

Still a really challenging game. Arcade and Dreamcast version were really good.

If it runs on Steam Deck, it definitely can run on Windows PC since Steam Deck follows Windows PC in terms of support in most cases.
