With no insult meant to others who have built a camper in a cargo trailer, this is the smartest and smartest looking conversion that I have ever seen. The kitchen that can be indoors or out, as you please, is incredibly smart AND smooth. It is one of those ideas that, after you see it in action, you wonder why they don’t build all of them that way. Certainly everyone WANTS to do it , but I have never seen it done as if he had built 20 like that and worked out all of the ‘bugs’. The interior looks great, has everything you need and more, it isn’t fussy but is very clean and well built, and it has some extras that would make being stranded for days feel like a vacation. And ALL of that at 1500lbs! A Prius or an Accord can pull up to 2000. Why bother if your suspension can take you way off road but to find a rig that nice that most people could tow with their existing vehicle is the cherry on top. Seriously, the smartest cargo conversion that I have ever seen! Amazing
Accords can only tow 1000 lbs and Prius are rated from 800 lbs in the early models with a maximum of 1598 lbs. Just because you can pull it, doesn't mean you can stop it when needed.
@@DeathAngelHRA - that’s too bad. The 2000 Accord and the 2012 Prius were rated at 2000lbs. Had the Accord modified somewhat to handle a bit more, but not much. I made sure it could stop with the load before I hit the super slab. And made sure it could handle reasonable speeds. And stop. Never tried to pull with the Prius as I have a truck to do that kind of thing since ‘06. Frankly, at my age, it is past time that my children or even my oldest grandson do that kind of thing. But I appreciate your instruction as much of the the younger set have not had the benefit of the instruction that were common knowledge before anyone handed their kids the keys to the car in my youth. My kids would roll their eyes at my rules and why did they have to learn to drive a stick or change a flat tire when we had AAA. Having kids of your own makes you smarter so I only had to listen to their complaints about their difficult childhood for about 30-40 years before they started filling the space between their ears while raising kids of their own. My job now is to corrupt their kids and insure the circle continues.
A Ham radio operator is kind of rare on these tours . I so appreciate the the help you can get yourself or others being a Ham. His small camper has nearly everything a person would need plus a whole lot more. But I didn't notice a shower anywhere. A shower tent with a simple pump sprayer while standing in a small calapsable plastic tub. I can hardly believe that small trailer has so much to offer. Thanks Patrick for this tour and interview.
Cool build. I really like your video style, letting the owners talk uninterrupted, and waiting for a full answer when asking questions. A nice change from the rapid fire questions and interviewers talking over the interviewee.
This gentleman put some thought into creating a very comfortable, and useable tiny space in a way that really makes every inch of space feel like a genuine little home. I love the solution he has for the fold up bed supports/storage doors.
Finally a build that makes complete sense and I can use. Been racking my brain trying to figure out how to build out my 6X10 and this is top notch!!!! Well done sir!
Roger, I am in the same boat on a conversion, and watching all the online builds is the way to start. I have picked the trailer size so far 6'x8', my wife is supportive give a good amount of trepidation.
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures I would like to see a 20 min. detailed video on just the truck build too. He did it very smart, with the more gear you put in the truck the smaller size enclosed trailer you need.
This man is amazing in all his builds! He thinks of everything and the quality is outstanding! I do not know the pricing on any builds, but it would be worth it!
Man when i think ive seen a good camper i keep running into more and this one tops them all thus far. Great job sir, very smart especially with that kitchen area
WOW! Vince made a real gem in such a small trailer. Outstanding DIY build! Each aspect/feature is well designed, with elegant solutions. I particularly like the "pass through" galley, the V-nose utilization, the thoughtful easy access to the wiring (chases, and panels), the clever legs on the pull-out bed platform (notice how they swing under by themselves when he closes it), the nice use of light woods and finishes, the awnings and so much more. Outstanding. And in such a SMALL trailer too! What a gem! Vince is a craftsman. Also notice his organized truck with extra gear.
These type of projects interest so many people because of you tube videos. Problem is no one has the skills you have. Wish they still had shop classes in school. To me they are just as important as regular curriculum.
This is an awesome build, and I truly enjoyed watching it because the gentleman explained everything so precisely and very detailed. I really enjoyed that. He didn't waste time. It is built exactly how I would want it. I wish I had the money to buy it because this man knew what he was doing when he built it. Thank you for this video. ❤
I am living in my 6x10 utility trailer that is half converted into a tiny home. I'm grateful that I can shower at work and do my laundry there also. I'm currently working on a shower and a pooper so then it will be sufficient to live in. I do have 600 watts of solar and 200ah battery, and then I have a reverse osmosis system, so I'm good for the off grid, and so far, everything is working amazing.
This is the BEST cargo trailer conversion I’ve ever seen, and even better and smarter than many conventional campers. If it had an indoor shower I would be making an offer.
Holy cow. I’ve seen so many cargo trailer conversions. His design is so stealth yet he really does cover all bases. Best conversion in this style I’ve seen by far
Love the build & that he didn't go with Lithium Ion batteries. He's got all the power he needs, without ANY risk of thermal runaways, or toxic fumes. 👍 Would love to see his next build.
This guy shows what happens when you think in advance. VERY well planned out and built!! I have consulted on many expedition builds that have cost $100,000's and they don't come close to how well this one is done!

Thank you
Artisan Made. Superior!
I'm living in and working on the second remodel of our 5×5×10 tiny home on wheels. Had to tear the first build down to studs so I could insulate it. The second build finally has water on demand... AND HEATED! 😄 It's been hard living without water on demand and using a cooktop to heat it.
Glad you enjoyed it
Seriously a great conversion. Extremely well done!
Not a bad price, I say that because it’s obvious he does quality work and it’s built with a lot of thought . Thanks!
Thank you very much
I must have missed thr price tag somewhere!! Its a freaking awesome build. Love it.
Missed the price information
I've really enjoyed watching these builds. This is what I want for small trips. Wish you were a bit closer to Florida. You brighten my day!
Glad you like them!

Incredible use of space. Amazing what all he has in such a small space, which does not seem cramped at all.
Thank you very much
