Dear program instructions are not stored in RAM but in ROM memory

When i try to learn this stuff it's really frustrating. For example most of the times registers are defined as memory inside the cpu and there is a clear distinction between registers and ram memory. Ram memory is slower memory outside cpu and registers are fast memory inside cpu. But you also speaks about registers on the ram memory and call them external registers. How not to be confused?

register is just a bracket/basket that can have some data/bits. Registers are noting more. don't push fast and slow here. Fast and slow depends on the accessibility mechanism. if the register/basket is in the microprocessor it will be directly accessible by processor coz they are just a few within arms reach but if they are stacked on an external chip then there come an addressing mechanism between processor and those registers, that addressing mechanism slows this register down. Take the register from the memory and put in place of accumulator it will have the same speed as the accumulator. if you try to put/stack hundreds of registers on a processor then they will need extra addressing mechanism and will be slow even now they are on the chip itself. the point is the registers on the chip/processor are fast coz they are only a few like 10or20, where as memory(ram or rom) needs to have thousands and millions of registers so they need extra addressing mechanism that's why with processor they use external memory chips and in micro-controller memory are embedded on the same chip.
