Great vid - I have 14 Xavieres - tried to get one of each!!!! You honestly can't beat the deal. I don't ever expect a sub $300 guitar to NOT need some TLC out of the box. Never had an unfixable issue, and learned a ton about guitar setup in the process. It is a great platform for testing new pickups with the quick-plug, I cannot recommend GFS products enough!!!!
I actually have that exact guitar. Bought it 2 yrs ago, and loved it right out the box. Felt good in my hands and also sounded really good. I moved to a new place 7 months ago and never touched it until this weekend. I was amazed it was still in tune and also the intonation was spot on. Yes you can! I have an Agile AL3010 SE and a AL2500 and they are awesome! I updated the pickups with Seymour Duncan JB and 59 and up graded the pots to CTS. I also put Grover Kluson style tuners on them. The guitars didn't need any upgrading but I wanted to get a certain tone.
Awesome review, love that you gigged the unaltered guitar. Your playing was great and really demonstrated the guitar under real world conditions. You’ve got a new fan/subscriber.
Great guitar for the price! I replaced a pewter bridge block of a fender squier with a brass bridge block and slap in a fender single coil noiseless pickups from gf. I also got a jimmy page control knobs from them and install it on an LP Std that I assembled from the ground up.
This vid has sold me on a 510. I’ve got a strat and slick tele. Not much mod to these. Pots and switch bout all So I’m sold on a 510 soon thanks Perfecto for a professional vid
Betcha can! I bought my first Xavier - gawd - must be over 10 years ago. Own/have owned quite a few. I have a couple of expensive guitars but far more Fireflys, Harley Bentons, Indios etc (I'm just a hobbyist/mediocre player.) We all know the quality quirks. I could do a video myself just on the issues I've had. Maybe I will someday, but my channel is not really about music. I will say, overall, the Xaviers have been more consistent and, again, OVERALL, a notch better.

Perfecto, dude... The now XV-500 has me confused over getting it, or the XV-830, or the XV-842 you tried. Plus I also like the XV-875 since I am a Strat guy. But the XV-930 is also good... Aahhh! I just got the PRO510 and I changed the strings using Ernie Ball slinky 10's. The G and B strings buzz open string. So I'm thinking the bridge is set too high and it could be the nut also. I am new to learning to setup Electric guitars. I have been playing for 35 years but never did setups ever. I just paid to get it done. But now I really want to learn myself. Does anyone have any tips? I would appreciate it. This is a great guitar. I wanted a Les Paul style guitar because I cannot afford a Gibson lol. Plus I love the quick pickup change out too.

What’s the difference between the Pro 500 and the Pro510 I am getting ready to buy one I would appreciate your recommendation. I heard the pro500 had solid reviews on seen a few reviews on the 510 I don’t see any difference besides a quilt top? And I don’t know what that is lol

First time I’ve seen you Perfecto! Cool dude, cool vibe, cool look. And the guitar is nice too. Your music is what I dig too, so I will be subscribing and devouring your content. Nice videos BTW, well produced without being overproduced, authentic and genuine. I barely learned acoustic about 40 years ago and forgot everything since. I just picked up learning electric a little over a week ago at 57 yrs young. Still getting past sore fingers, initial frustration, wiring the software to my fingers, etc but am excited about the possibilities. I was very interested in a LP style. These Xaviere guitars you reviewed have me very interested and intrigued. It’s not IF I will buy one, but WHEN. I very nearly bought an Epiphone Standard but a buddy that gigs, did me an AMAZING solid… lent me a sweet PRS to learn on and to keep as long as I need. What!?!! I was overwhelmed and humbled to the point I had tears (dust in the air?). I’m blessed to have such a good friend. I will be looking to see if I am anywhere near you, to come see your band. We are brothers my friend. 👍
Man I believe this cat would actually love 510 I don't have prs money nor Gibson money but I love music and guitar from Time I was kid 37 years later and a lot of research on what to buy that I could afford an really jam on lead me to the 510 an I just about wouldn't buy anything else maybe some p90$ but gfs has quick plug those as well

Do u have the pro555? If so does it come with 1 of the gfs locking tremolos?

I have a Pro 500 and speed knobs was the only upgrade it needed! I love this guitar!

I put a Graphtec nut on my Epiphone Les Paul never had issues with tuning stability after that :D

i have the same questions... pro 510 vs pro 500 he said 500 is flame top and 510 quilted top.. but is that the only differences??
