sharing with u one more traditional kadubu recipe from my mom's recipe world.... i.e mullu soutekayi kadubu/kottige/cucumber kadubu..... tastes absolutely traditional and heaven.... normally served with spoon of butter or ghee or coconut milk.... instead of cucumber u can even use bottle gourd or pumpkin & cucumber combination....do give it a try guys...
