About this video -
Today I have shared the recipe of Fafda, Vanela Ganthiya, Besan Kadhi, Papaya Sambharo and Fried Green Chillies. It is the famous combo snacks of Gujarat. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
For Prapare Besan Kadhi (બેસનની કઢી માટે)
1/2 Cup Oil (તેલ)
4 tsp Mustard Seeds (રાઈ)
2 tsp Dry Coriander Seeds (સૂકા ધાણા)
2 tbsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાની પેસ્ટ)
2 tbsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
4 litre Water (પાણી)
3 Cup Sugar (ખાંડ)
1/2 tsp Citric Acid (લીંબુનાં ફૂલ)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
2 Cup Besan / Gram flour (ચણાનો લોટ)
For Prepare Fafda & Vanela Ganthiya
1.5 kg Double Refined Besan (ડબલ રિફાઇન્ડ બેસન)
12 grams Papad Khar (પાપડીયો ખારો)
15 grams Carom Seeds (અજમો)
35 grams Salt (મીઠું)
150ml Oil (For Moyan) (મોણ માટે તેલ)
As required Water (For knead the dough) (પાણી - લોટ બાંધવા માટે)
2 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper (અધકચરા વાટેલા મરી - વણેલા ગાંઠીયા માટે)
As required Oil (For Deep Fry) (તેલ તળવા માટે)
As required Asafoetida/Hing (હીંગ)
For Prepare Papaya Sambharo (કાચા પપૈયાનો સંભારો બનાવવા માટે)
500 grams Raw Papaya (કાચું પપૈયું)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
4-5 Sugar (ખાંડ)
Fried Green Chillies (તળેલા લીલા મરચાં)
Serve Fafda and Vanela Ganthiya with Besan Kadhi, Fried Green Chillies, Papaya Sambharo and Jalebi (ગરમાગરમ ફાફડા અને વણેલા ગાંઠીયાને બેસનની કઢી, તળેલા મરચાં, પપૈયાનો સંભારો અને જલેબી સાથે સર્વ કરો)
