I’m a new grad in the ER and have learned so much! My skills have grown so much in the 4 months I have been there. It’s so hard with all the different populations and acuity levels you see but I do I love it!

That’s so good to hear! Im glad you’re liking it. I am definitely nervous about my skills but the residency programs I’m applying for are about a year long so I’m hoping I’ll feel confident by the end of it all lol.
