  • Join me for a 70 min 1000 CALORIE BURN HIIT workout at home! You don't need any equipment, simply follow along, enjoy the workout and have fun 🔥.

    📝 Workout:
    This workout consists of 45 different exercises (split in 15 rounds). All exercises will be performed twice for 30 sec with 10 sec rest in-between. We rest 30 secs between rounds.

    Your workout exercises are great, but too many advertisements inside!!!! Seven or eight??? It’s so disturbing. That makes me don’t want to work with it anymore.

      At the end, our average is currently 1 ad every 10-15 min depending on the setup/breaks of the workout - which is pretty much align/even below other smaller channels.

    This is cardio though DEFINITELY NOT HIIT. Try to avoid misleading titles you will still get views with correctly titled posts of your workouts .But good workout anyway ❤
