Actually you can't in the future as they're planning to fence off corridors with higher fences and adding platform screen doors. This treatment has been done on 1 line already and another line is currently receiving it! And all new lines will be built to this standard :)

Also us people have to pay for it to be cleaned and if it blocks a window the passengers are allowed to sue the government as they may suffer from motion sickness.

A seldom of university, study and loneliness. When I come out of such place making six figures, it is my tax dollars that go to these dole bludgers once they are out of their rightful jail. They have their focus going 3 ways: moving trains, authorities and the art itself. All while not being able to stand back to assess for tweaks and corrections.
It's too bad it's nothing but cheap vandalism. What a waste. Was nice before the mid 70's when people still had some dignity and respect-- for themselves and others.
