Hello my dear. You should cook this rice in bags. And you don't have to defrost the peas in water. When frozen, pour it into boiling water. Have a nice day. I am attaching a recipe for rice

Ilość wody w garnku dobrać tak, by woreczek był cały zanurzony. Wodę zagotować. Woreczek włożyć do wrzątku. Wodę można lekko posolić. Gotować pod przykryciem około 13 minut. W zależności od preferowanej konsystencji ryżu czas gotowania można wydłużyć lub skrócić. Wyjąć woreczek, przepłukać w zimnej wodzie, odsączyć, rozerwać woreczek wzdłuż drobnej perforacji i wysypać ryż na talerz.
