- I got so lucky on this clip! I spent a bunch of time learning Maliketh's second phase moves, but I managed to keep him stagger locked for most of the fight and didn't actually need to dodge a wide variety of his attacks. Maliketh isn't very hard to stagger if you're using charged heavy attacks, you just need to use them quickly in succession which he gives you plenty of opportunities to do. The Blasphemous Claw item is how I parry his jump attack in the second phase, and I would very highly recommend using it in this fight as it creates some huge openings to attack and hopefully get a stagger. You can only parry his attacks where his sword is glowing gold, so there's only like 2 or 3 attacks that can be parried this way but you end up hoping he uses them so you can heavily punish them.
The loadout I used in this video:
Morning Star with Cragblade (the weapon is found on the Weeping Peninsula in a broken cart on the road to Castle Morne, the ash of war is found near the impassable greatbridge site of grace in Caelid by defeating a teardrop scarab)
Radagon's Soreseal (found in Fort Faroth in Caelid behind a giant rat)
Axe Talisman (found in a chest under the Mistwood Ruins in Limgrave)
Blue Dancer Charm (reward for defeating the boss in the Highroad Cave in Limgrave)
Ritual Sword Talisman (found in Lux Ruins in the Altus Plateau region after defeating the boss)
Kukri (purchased from a nomadic merchant by the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace in the eastern side of Weeping Peninsula)
Lantern (purchased from a nomadic merchant on the west coast of the Weeping Peninsula by the Isolated Merchant's Shack site of grace)
Spiked Cracked Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick (boosts charge attacks by 15% for 3 minutes, found next to the Minor Erdtree in Limgrave's Mistwood in a bowl on the ground)
Stonebarb Cracked Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick (boosts stance damage for 30 seconds, dropped by a Putrid Avatar boss fight in Caelid)
In the thumbnail, RL1 means "rune level 1", WL0 means "weapon level 0" or no weapon upgrades, and "hitless" means I didn't get hit :)
