GEU Locomotive cab Ride | Lahore to Rawalpindi train Travel | Islamabad Express | Pakistan Railways

this is special GEU 20 locomotive cab ride video, video starts from Lahore station and ends at Rawalpindi Railway Station and the train is Islamabad Express 107UP,
GEU 20 is General Electric's locomotive having 2000 Horsepower and recently imported from USA,
Pakistan Railways are operating these locomotives on Lahore and Rawalpindi sections with passenger trains, but this is universal locomotive and could be operate on passenger and freight trains,
I traveled in the locomotive to film cab ride and also to capture more details from inside the locomotive,
train started its journey from Lahore Station and passed ravi river bridge and then reached Shahdarah bagh junction,
Islamabad Express 107UP is a non stop train runs daily at 6pm from Lahore to Rawalpindi and vice versa,
it passed through Gujranwala, Wazirabad junction, Gujrat, lalamusa junction, Jhelum, taraki, and Gujar Khan stations,
you will experience the fast speed epic cab ride and train travel video of Islamabad Express and you will also witness stations to stations with brief information of the route and you will also hear the locomotive sound and track sound,
this is day and night travel at ML1 and train covers 290 kilometers of distance in 4 hours and 35 minutes,
it's one of the best train of Pakistan Railways and people's love to travel in it.

Rawalpindi is the best kept and cleanest station from Karachi to Rawalpindi. Even the train tracks are clean. Also Rawalpindi is the cleanest city around the tracks only 😉😉 Well done Sheikh Rasheed sahab. Sadly Gujranwala is the dirtiest city, train tracks are being used as katchra kundi since the times I remember travelling on train. Karachi has the worst and most ignored station building wrt the building, the facilities. I hope next Railway minister is from Karachi.

As a viewer I find two things different between GEU20 & ZCU20....... 1, light beem of GEu was much brighter. 2, Geu seems to be smooth..
Please share your thought.. As you have experience both...

Yes you're right GEU20,s light is brighter then zcu but it also has one more difference to get it more brighter and visually more visible ( GEU20 has 32k light temperature with tungsten light rather ZCU20 has 56k light temperature with florescent light effect)
Zcu20 cab is much quite then GEU20 (GEU20 air conditioner creat mire noise)
Zcu20,s accelerates good then GEU20
