I brought the same sliver plate one circle one but if i opent the tab water is leaking from top on that 😢

Remove valve Use taflon tape on thred and re tight the valve

@@DSMEntertainment1 i tried the thred on T-tape when i attached pipe in blue color holder water leak from top if i remove the pipe and turn on the water , water flow is smoth down side and no leak but when i connect the pipe in holder water leak from top ... what can be done is it water flow is not getting way from pipe and get overfull and leak from top is it then what can be done
