Spring has arrived to plant flowers and clean out garages but Winter has other plans. Spring and Winter get into a heated a debate over who is the better season but come to realize they might need each other more than they thought.
Ah yes, seasons in the Midwest... Where winter is cold, spring is a warm rain until it decides to snow again, summer is hot as hell itself, and fall is a cold rain, unless it decides to be hotter than summer.

Wisconsin may storm, 1989, I was 10. Supposed to go on a field trip, school was canceled, got almost a foot of heavy wet snow, blizzard like conditions
I was born May 7th and my dad was really late getting to the hospital due to weather conditions.
It sure does. It killed my beautiful blooming tulips one year, and they never came up after that.

On Spring's warm days when I have errands to run, I keep a warm jacket in my car just in case the weather changes.
People have no idea how extreme the temperature drops can be in like....30 minutes

Here in Massachusetts winter isn’t officially over until mid April, then we get about two weeks of beautiful spring weather, when our state flower (pot holes) are in full bloom everywhere.
❤️ Except the times that it SNOWS in MAY ! Northampton , MA. ( a scant thirty miles south of the VT. border ) here ....

And we got snow on April 15 this year in MA. Memorial Day weekend was super cold too, with highs around 48.

I live in northern New England. We have winter, then we have mud season, then black flies, and after that....
Construction season mixed with tourist season, until fall starts at the end of August leading into winter in late October.

In Minnesota there's only two seasons. Winter and mosquito season. The state bird is also a mosquito.

We are on 3rd winter this past week where I live in Id.
Yep. started working on the boat, snowed the next day. Washed the truck, muddy snow the same day. Welcome to Idaho, 6 months of winter, 2 weeks of spring, 2 months summer, 3 and a half months of fall

In WI spring shows up intermittently throughout winter and then it's summer.

Spring is my favorite season, it's not too hot like summer, kind of perfect, you can do the summer activities you love but if you really still want to ski or sled you can drive up to the mountains and still do that as well

Fall is hands down the best. Hoodie weather with no bugs. Halloween and Thanksgiving. Football. All the poison ivy dies for disc golf.

When I lived in AZ for a time, I mowed my lawn over Christmas break.
In Utah, however, I have to keep the lawnmower AND snowblower ready through April and May.

I forgot about second winter. So busy enjoying first spring, it totally slipped my mind. Well, better get the snow shovels back out and put away the lawn chairs for a few more weeks.
Spring, specifically, April, May and sometimes early June, are my absolute favorite! Everything is fresh, green and floral; not too hot and not too cold. ❤ Everything looks, sounds and smells wonderful!
This is great, where I live 2 days ago was 70F and sunny, yesterday snowed 8 inches and dropped to 25F.

This was delightfully insane.
Second winter! Here in the Midwest you get a weird week in August or September where it snows, then goes back to normal, then mid December comes and it’s really winter then, February it seems to calm down, and finally you get him with one more snow wave in April or May
Basically I just like May in Minnesota as far as Spring goes, the weather is usually gorgeous and the apple trees are all blossoming, and then June I consider summer even though it starts on the 21st. In March and April, if there's not snow on the ground it's very dreary and muddy and any life takes a while to spring up after the snow has melted. If there is snow it's not bad if you love snow like me but I do get tired of it since we first get snow in November.
ah yes march in the midwest. It gets as hot as 80 and then a week later it snows for the first time all winter but melts within 5 hours, then it gets hot for two days, then it decides to rain and blow and get cold again, and the actual start of spring is like late april

We had a snow storm in Upper Michigan on Sunday. Luckily it's almost all gone. But every year before Easter, it snows here. Sorry but I do love Fall best.

I wish we had a TH-cam comedian like you here in good ole' Okiehoma and the South in general. I'd like to see a video about people who love summer vs. hate summer in Oklahoma where it's 95 degrees, 50 percent humidity and 105 with the heat index almost every damn day.

Where I live spring used to last for 3 months, we'd get nice temperatures 15-25 degrees, a lot of it was nice weather for outdoor activities, but in the last 15 years those temperatures are very rare and sporadic, it starts being 30-38 degrees in late April and it doesn't stop until October. The Summer lasts for 6 months. We can't go ouside at all.
Spring is the best. Finally almost able to fill all the pot holes with more than just a cold patch!
Anyone whose ever been to the Midwest horse show in Madison WI knows for a fact this happens lol it’s about the 2nd week in April...one year hot, sweating uncomfortable, bees everywhere !! Then the next year it’s snowing, ice, can’t get warm, and then some years both! Lol good old seasonal throw down. 😂😂😂
Down in Colorado it still feels like fall in December and we get our big snow storms in March
