Today we treated the trophy pond with Algaecide for the overwhelming amount of Algae that is starting to take over the pond. Once all the Algae is gone we are going to take some more small fish out and then begin putting the large bass and Stocking it with baitfish!

Would strongly recommend you follow Aquatic Biologist here on youtube.
You have some good ideas, but there's an enormous red flag if you are gonna put multiple big 5+ lb bass in there. You will not make the pond better and will in fact make it much worse by compounding your stunted bass problem.
Hmmm I’m actually friends with him and have talked to him before. I’ll reach out and get his input but I figured if we took 200-300
Small bass out and stocked it with tons of thrradfin Shad for food supply a few 7+ pounders wouldn’t hurt it.

I'm 100% sure he is behind the idea of harvesting dink bass, but he has also said multiple times "do not move bass around ever for any reason" lol.

Brother dye is gonna be detrimental to your fish goals.
The dye was only a tracer for the algaecide to see where you have been. I went out to the pond two days ago and there ws no dye.
