    "So, these experiments essentially demonstrated that observation by
    itself increased the workers productivity, and that the lighting had no
    effect whatsoever?" - Yes, but I have to add that these applies only to simple tasks. When you are doing very difficult tasks your performance will be worse when people are observing you.

    Also to add on to the music it does work for working out. I ran like 3 to 4 miles a day easy If i have some heavy metal band playing or something to bring out the intensity out of me. And personally I like music and I believe that it does play some rule or govern some part of our brain or mind which ever you want to call.

    Due to their comprehension of the song. Y es asi amigos. Plus if you play some song in spanish while learning spanish and working (there is no harm that it can hurt your education of learning a different language but it all depends of the music and which are the best for GETTING IT DONE :>. Y tambien este es igual por los hispanos o latinos que usteds estan leyendo este. Learn english plus get some feel for the music. Plus learning the song is GRATIS you don't need teachers or PAY THEM :)

    Well let's assume that hawthorne studies has always been with us since at some time in the beginning. When I was working at some factory with a bunch of mexicans they were playing some fast tempo songs and I really felt that I could get a lot of energy even on the days that I was SO TIRED AND COULDN'T push no more. While I was there I was placed into another postion where I was surround by people who seem to favor heavy metal. Boy with the position I was at IT HAS TO BE REQUIRED :>

    First fucking half of the video has nothing to do with Hawthorne

    • @royalstf
      @royalstf 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Wrong... There is a strong correlation between the Business environment at this time and the Hawthorne. To comprehend this, you would need to look at further experiments and studies such as Henry Ford, Taylor, Mayo, etc.

    Just look at the three kingdoms in china and as well as japan and other nations. Espically in war how most armies back in the ancient times would play music to boost morale in the soldiers since the leader's voice may not get through to all of the soldiers but the music will surely. 440 hz or something. I think Joesph Goebrells a nazi scientist also believed in the how nature or humans are sometimes governed by music. It could led to some postive or negative results depending on the group.

      You didnt get the point. The idea is that asking the worker about how they feal about their work, will automatically increase their productivity. So the question is the important step, not the „changes after the questioning

    I disagree about sending this information to harvard since when clearly history has shown that it does increase some hidden potential or channel some unknown energy that can't be tap so easily or could be reached out if the tempo or melody of the song is played at the given time.Because everyone is not going to react differently or they will due to the music play of language. North americans would prefer something that they can understand while a mexican won't feel or get any sense of the music
