For smooth glowing skin:
1 - I drink good amount of water. It aids in the process. Drink at least 2 liters water per day.
2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results.
3 - I avoid any kind of soap etc.
4 - I stay away from junk food.
5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
Together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.
This is perfect for dry and sensitive skin, and what's even better is that it cleanses the face so well without much lathering, yet you still feel fresh, and after using, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry... Luv this riicebery face wash very much...
